POLICIES

International orders are occasionally subject to a small customs fee.
We understand this may be annoying, however we have no control over these charges and
they are billed to you by your countries customs authorities, entirely independent from us.
We cannot refund this charge as we are never the ones taking it from you.

We are not able to offer a size change on international orders that have been delivered.
These items are subject to a refund once items have been returned to us.
Please ensure you CAREFULLY check the size guide before finalising your purchase.

Please ensure you provide us with accurate shipping information.
A few orders are being returned to us as undelivered due to the customers providing incorrect/unrecognised shipping addresses, and in some unfortunate cases, these orders are lost entirely. Please note that if you provide incorrect shipping details and that order never arrives and is not returned to us we are unable to refund your order. Orders that are returned to us due to incorrect information will be refunded in the amount of the item cost, but we are unable to refund shipping.

Please note that shipping is non refundable.
UK customers are eligible to return an item that they have received within 20 days after receipt. Any item returned after the 20 days unfortunately will not be refunded. Any returned item must be unworn, unwashed and in original packaging. Any item returned that shows signs of being worn or washed or is without original packaging will not be eligible for a refund. If you require a refund for a faulty item this will be credited to you using the method you used to make the original purchase. A refund will be issued once we have received your unworn item in original packaging. A refund may take up to 3-5 working days to reach your account depending on your payment method and your bank.
